Prepaid Orders

For all prepaid orders, the products will be dispatched only after receiving the full payment and confirmation. Please ensure that your payment is completed to avoid any delays in the dispatch process.

Refund Policy

Online Payments

Any kind of online payment refund will take 7-8 working days to process. The refunded amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account only.

Refund for Damaged Products

To process a refund for a damaged product, the following documentation is required:

A photo of the damaged (broken) product.
A photo of the sticker showing order details.
Photos of the packaging.
An unboxing video (must be provided).

Packaging/Unboxing Video Guidelines

Show the parcel from all sides and corners before opening or after packing the parcel.
Highlight any suspicious issues found on the parcel packet in the video.
Clearly show the shipping label on the packaging (it should be readable).
Highlight the received product properly (design, color, and received contents).
The video should not be paused in between, and the product should remain in the frame at all times during opening/packing.

Shipping

Shipping will be delivered depending on the service provider. We strive to inform customers of the approximate delivery days for shipping, but it may vary.
The shipping charge is paid by Shreenathji Glass (customers see the price including the shipping charge).
The return shipping charge will be borne by the customer.
If a damaged product is received, Shreenathji Glass will cover the shipping charge for the replacement.

Pricing

All available pricing is inclusive of GST.
Pricing includes the shipping charge. Prices may vary for different pin codes.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order, contact our customer service team with your order details.

Product Availability

Product availability is subject to change. In the event a product is not available after an order is placed, we will inform you and provide options for a replacement or refund.
